Supplier of Resistors

Instrumentation

The instrumentation control cubicles accommodate all of the measuring signal processing related to the control circuits. Measuring signal, actuator position and possible interlock commands are wired from the measuring cubicle. Controller signals and set points come from the control room. The controller output signal then guides the power control modules.

Motor Control Center (MCC)

We have been designing and manufacturing MCC's by using high grade components to match Indian as well as international standard with optimum cost benefit for our customers.

• Power is distributed through MCC(HT & LT) Panels.
• Controls of most of the motors are from MCC panel also provided from control room in smart MCC Panel.
• Near motors is provided from the local push button from station.
• Chemical industries, steel industries, oil and Gas refineries as well as mining plants.
• MCC enclosure competent to IP 55 & IP 65.

Power Control Center (PCC)

Our product specific approach process gives optimum performance and highest reliability to consumers. Getting excellent design and robust construction of structure, sactionized and bolted structure, variable based design for shipment and direction purpose.

APFC (Automatic Power Falor Control)

Automatic power factor correction panel are used to improve power factor where Load with low power factor draws more current then load with high power factor demands.

Out Door Marshalling box

• Used for the marshalling of field cables
• There are two sets of cables coming to the Kiosks, one originating from the field, while the other going to the control room
• Kiosks facilitates interconnection of both of the set of cables.

Junction Boxes

• Wide range of junction boxes are available to suit most of customer requirements
• Junction boxes are available in Standard Type (IP-55) and Weatherproof Type (IP-65)
• Junction Boxes can be divided in the following categories: CRCA Enclosures, SS Enclosures, Aluminium Enclosure, PC Enclosure and ABC Enclosure.

PLC Panel

Our PLC panels offer high performance platforms that provide unmatched flexibility with screen sizes ranging from 3.5 to 15 inches, vast communications capabilities which is suitable to represent a complete solution to any HMI application.

Annunciator panel

Annunciator panel offers a simple and cost-effective monitoring and control for any system easily. Alarm Annunciators are required to be housed in a suitable cubical and many times such control panel consists of only Alarm Annunciators.

Harmonic control panel

Harmonics are integral multiples of a fundamental frequency that, when added together, distort the normally sinusoidal waveform. We offer harmonic control panel to eliminate harmonic from system by reducing problem of voltage and current distortion for using energy more effectively and reliably.

Control panel

A control panel is a flat, vertical, area where control or monitoring components are displayed. It is used in plants to monitor and control machines or production lines and in places such as substations, Power Generation Industry, ships, aircraft, mining, oil and gas etc. Older control panels are most often equipped with push buttons and analog instruments, whereas nowadays in many cases touchscreens are used for monitoring and control purposes.
